GERMAN DISH 
Brown:

1 lb. sausage
1 chopped onion

Drain off fat.

Add:

1 (No. 2 1/2) can kraut
1 chopped apple

Cook until tender. Add water if necessary.

Add:

1/2 pkg. noodles (average size)

Steam until tender. Do not stir too much. Can let set at very low heat. Serve.
