DEEP DISH APPLE PIE 
1 stick butter
1 can apples
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon (optional)

BATTER:

1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

NOTE: Use canned pie sliced apples.

Melt butter, pour apples in dish. Add sugar and cinnamon. Pour butter over fruit and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Crust cooks throughout pie. Serves 4-6.
