STEAK BAKED IN WINE 
2 rounds of steak (cut in serving size pieces)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Pound seasoned flour into pieces of meat with meat cleaver. Brown in oil and transfer to roast pan. Cover steak with 1 onion that has been grated, add 1/4 cup red wine or more depending on amount of meat and also a little more water much the same as when cooking pot roast. Bake at 350 degrees until tender, approximately 2 to 3 hours. Baste 1 or 2 times with juices and check for sticking. Last 20 minutes add fresh mushrooms.
