CINNAMON-RAISIN BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy baking mix
1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients until dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Turn onto counter well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into a ball. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with 2 1/2" cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on greased cookie sheet until golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Spread with vanilla glaze while warm.

VANILLA GLAZE:

2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. warm water
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Beat together until smooth.
