SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple in juice, crushed
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1+ tbsp. honey
1+ tbsp. soy sauce

Drain pineapple, reserving juice (about 1/2 cup). Stir in 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch until smooth. Stir in tomato paste, vinegar, honey and soy sauce until blended. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add water to desired consistency. Add crushed pineapple as desired. Cool and serve.
