SWEET & SOUR SAUCE 
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
A few drops of soy sauce

Cook ribs for 5 minutes in boiling water, put in shallow pan with soy sauce and cornstarch. Cover dish. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
