CREAM CHEESE AND MUSHROOM LOGS 
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms, diced, drained
8 oz. uncooked pork sausage, room temperature
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Savor salt and season salt to taste
2 tubes crescent dinner rolls

Mix well mushrooms, sausage, cream cheese and salt. With fingers, mash together perforations on rectangles. Spread with sausage mixture. Roll lengthwise. Place on dish, seam side down, and refrigerate several hours. When ready to bake, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seed. Cut each log into 6 or 8 smaller logs. Place on greased cookie sheet, seam side down. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes. (Can be made a day ahead and baked later.)
