TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
4 oz. carrots
2 oz. celery
1/2 green pepper
1/2 cup tomato juice
Salt if desire
Pepper if desired
Garlic powder if desired

Put vegetables through blender or grinder, combine ground turkey, vegetables, tomato juice and seasonings. Pack in glass loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for one hour or microwave in tube pan for 18 minutes. Immediately pour off all liquid. Serves 2 for dinner. This is the best meatloaf you've ever tasted. Good cold for sandwiches. Also low in calories.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
