TURKEY MEATLOAF 
MEATLOAF:

1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
3/4 c. instant rice
1/2 can tomato sauce (2 oz.)

TOPPING:

1/2 can tomato sauce (2 oz.)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf in casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together. Pour over loaf mixture. Baste once. Bake for 1 hour uncovered.
