SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground lean beef
1 tbsp. Creative Touch green pepper flavoring
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
Dash pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower or 1 lg. head fresh cauliflower for dieters or whipped potatoes for non-dieters
1/3 c. chicken bouillon
Paprika
Chopped parsley

Combine beef, salt, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes and pepper. Make patties and place under broiler. Brown on both sides to allow fat to drip away from meat. Mince patties into small pieces; set aside.

Boil cauliflower; drain and place in blender container. Process at medium speed until smooth. Put half of cauliflower or whipped potatoes in bottom of 1-quart baking dish, then the minced beef and top with another layer of cauliflower or whipped potatoes. Sprinkle chopped parsley and paprika over top. Pour chicken bouillon over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
