SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lbs. hamburger, browned in 2 tbsp. oil
8 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 pkg. frozen corn or 2 cans whole kernel corn

(Or use leftover mashed potatoes - instant potatoes can also be used).

Put browned hamburger in a 13 x 9 inch Pyrex dish. Spread corn over hamburger. Spread mashed potatoes over corn. Put a few pats of butter on mashed potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until potatoes start to get crusty.
