SHEPHERDER'S PIE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 c. mashed potatoes
Butter and paprika

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off excess fat. Put in bottom of 3 quart casserole dish. Add seasoning of choice (garlic salt, salt, pepper, Accent). Spread tomato sauce over ground beef, layer peas over tomato sauce, spoon mashed potatoes over top of peas and spread over entire casserole. Dab with butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
