SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
2 big cans Del Monte cream corn
8 servings mashed potatoes (packaged may be used)
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste

Fry garlic, onions and tomato on low fire in the oil. When soft, stir in the ground beef and cook until meat is completely done. Salt to taste.

In a big Pyrex, put one layer of ground beef, another layer of cream corn, and on top, one layer of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in 350 degree oven until it bubbles.
