WESTERN POTATO CASSEROLE 
Potatoes
Bacon, to suit
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter, melted
Parsley

Slice potatoes (leave peeling on); boil until tender. Cook bacon and drain grease. In a casserole dish, layer potatoes, cheese, bacon; then pour melted butter over all layers. Top with parsley and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
