1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 env. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. cheese
1/3 c. olives
1 tomato, diced

Grease square baking dish 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Cook hamburger and onion in skillet until crumbly and brown. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread in baking dish.

Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk until almost smooth. Pour over ground beef in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with grated cheese, tomatoes, olives and serve.
