1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water

Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil and water and mix thoroughly. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch greased baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Let cool. May be eaten as is or iced with your favorite icing.
