HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
3/4 c. Carnation evaporated milk
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
Buttered bread crumbs

Drain noodles. Combine milk and water. Melt butter in sauce; blend in flour and seasonings; stir in 1/2 cup milk and add rest of milk, blend. Cook until thickened. Combine noodles, sauce and ham. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
