CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
4 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 c. rice
4 c. water
1 whole chicken, cut up

Mix butter and bouillon cubes then add soup mix, rice, and water. Mix and pour into buttered casserole dish. Salt and pepper chicken and place on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350°Fd for 1 1/2 hours, or for boneless chicken, 1 hour.
