HAM CASSEROLE 
1 c. precooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3 tbsp. fine chopped onion
10 oz. box chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked ham
3 tbsp. melted butter

Cook rice as directed. In large bowl mix rice, soup, milk, ham, cheese and onions. Stir well. Cook broccoli and drain; set aside.

In large casserole pour half of mixture, then spread broccoli over the mixture, then pour the other half of mixture over broccoli. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter together and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
