HAM & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
3 c. cubed cooked ham
2 c. quick rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook broccoli and drain well. Set aside. In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender. Do not brown.

In large bowl mix soups, milk and cheese. Add broccoli, onion, ham, uncooked rice and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees about 50 minutes or until rice is done.
