GERMAN PANCAKES 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in large cake pan or 2 layer cake pans. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Mix in flour, milk and salt. Pour in pan. Cook 15 minutes. Serve with warm maple syrup.
