PASTA & VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. med. shell macaroni, cooked & drained
2/3 c. Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. marinated artichokes, drained
1/2 c. broccoli flowerettes
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tomato, diced
1/2 avocado, diced

In large bowl combine all ingredients except tomato and avocado. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Add tomato and avocado just before serving. Note: Can add more vegetables and it works.
