TURKEY VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. corkscrew pasta, cooked, drained
1 c. turkey, cut into strips
4 to 5 c. mixed raw vegetables (zucchini, onion, peppers, etc.)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. BLAIR Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. BLAIR garlic powder
1 tsp. BLAIR lemon pepper

Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh mint or parsley.
