PASTA VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. sm. macaroni shells, cooked, drained
2/3 c. Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. sliced zucchini
2.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. quartered, marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. broccoli flowerets, broken into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 lg. tomato, cut into thin wedges
1 avocado, peeled, cubed

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except tomato and avocado. cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Be creative, omit or substitute ingredients!!

Just before serving, stir in tomato and avocado. 12 servings.
