PASTA SALAD WITH VEGETABLES 
1 c. uncooked pasta, any kind
1 c. frozen cauliflower/broccoli mix
1/4 c. lowfat cheese, grated
1/4 c. lowfat salad dressing

Let vegetables stand at room temperature while cooking pasta. Pasta should be al dente. Drain well. Mix in vegetables, then cheese and dressing; chill. Serves 2.
