Nana's Brownies 
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter, at room temperature
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs
1 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 - 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Lightly grease a 13.5 x 9-inch baking pan (or similarly sized pan).

3. With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar together.

4. Add vanilla extract and eggs and mix on medium speed until just blended.

5. Add dry ingredients one at a time on medium to low speed until just combined.

6. Stir in chocolate chips.

7. Scoop brownie mixture into prepared pan.

8. Spread evenly throughout pan with the back of a spoon.

9.

Bake 25-30 minutes (depending on your oven).

10. Brownies are ready when tester/toothpick comes out with crumbs clinging to it.

11. Let cool and cut.
