CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini

Put all together in bowl and mix well. Use 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Very moist.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Enough coffee or water to mix. Mix well and frost while warm.
