1 c. chocolate chips
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 to 4 1/2 c. Rice Chex cereal

Melt chocolate chips and butter. Add peanut butter. Pour over cereal in large bowl. Mix. Pour 2 cups powdered sugar in bag. Add cereal mixture and shake until cereal is covered completely. Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
