STEAK CHINESE STYLE 
2 lb. steak (any tender cut)
1/2 onion
4 tbsp. oil
Tomato - for garnish
Parsley - for garnish

SAUCE:

3/4 tbsp. ketchup
3/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. A-1 Sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cooking wine
Pinch salt

SEASONING:

Pepper (few shakes)
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornflour
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. cooking wine
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. oil

1. Wash, dry and sliced steak (about 1/2 inch thick). Add seasoning.

2. Peel, clean and slice onion.

3. Prepare sauce.

4. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil in wok. Stir-fry onion and leave on a plate.

5. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in the wok. Fry both sides of steak until almost cooked. Add in sauce and onion. Stir-fry for a while and dish up. Garnish with tomato and parsley.

6. Serve on rice.
