CHICKEN ON SUNDAY | |
1 c. Minute Rice 1/4 c. butter 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix 1 cut-up chicken Melt butter in bottom of large cake pan. Heat soup in milk; put rice into soup mixture and mix. Pour into cake pan; put chicken on top and sprinkle onion soup mix on top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, longer if pieces are large. Serves 4 people. |
