SUNDAY CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up

Spread rice in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soups and milk and pour over rice. Place chicken over this and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover and seal with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours. Pork chops may be used instead of chicken.
