BEEF AND MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. tomatoes
1 tbsp. catsup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (5 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 c. grated cheese

Brown beef and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, catsup, soup, salt and pepper. Simmer until tender. Boil macaroni until tender. Combine with meat mixture, mix lightly. Place in dish, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
