OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING 
Makes a great dressing for green salads or can be used for a Greek Salad.

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pressed or granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and shake or stir well. Let stand for 2 hours before serving to let flavors meld.
