VINEGAR AND OIL SALAD DRESSING 
1/3 c. Regina red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. basil

Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Add oil and basil and stir well.

Hi Nancy,

I always use extra virgin olive oil for salads, but you can use peanut oil or any vegetable oil you prefer. (I don't use any sugar in mine).

I love it, substituted 1 1/2 packets of Stevia for the sugar and Balsamic Vinegar for the red wine vinegar. Excellent!
