VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
3 med. zucchini, cut into thin strips
1 onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil

Saute onion in oil 3-4 minutes. Do not brown. Add zucchini, green pepper and seasonings. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Only cook until tender-crisp.
