HEART SMART CHICKEN DINNER 
Chicken pieces
Diced potatoes
Carrots (diced)
Green beans (frozen or fresh)
1/2 c. cooking sherry (or white wine)
Salt and pepper to taste
Onions (sliced)

Place chicken in bottom of your largest baking pan or Dutch oven. Then put a layer of diced potatoes, a layer of carrots (diced), then green beans, then a layer of sliced onions and salt and pepper to taste. Then add 1 1/2 cups sherry. Cover and bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Great in the crock pot too! All in one dinner.
