2 1/2 sticks butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. almond extract
4 c. flour

Mix in order. Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts. Indent with finger, use peach preserves colored with green and red food coloring. Place small spoonful in indentation. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
