FABULOUS! ONION SOUP 
6 lg. onions
6 cans Campbell's consomme'
4 cans water
2 cans wine
3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of Tabasco

Slice onions very thin. Saute in olive oil. Cook on low heat (about 30 minutes) until caramelized. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with French bread and Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
