STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB CAKE 
1 cake mix, white or yellow
4 c. diced rhubarb
3 oz. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows or 15 lg. marshmallows

Mix cake mix according to directions on package. Cover bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with rhubarb. Sprinkle Jello over rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar over Jello. Cover with marshmallows. Pour cake batter over this. Bake 30-35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
