ROLLED SUGAR COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. each cream of tartar and soda

Cream egg and butter together. Add dry ingredients and extracts. Refrigerate 2 hours. Roll and cut. Bake at 350 degrees 6 to 10 minutes.
