ROLLED SUGAR COOKIES | |
1 3/4 c. sugar Cream with 1 lg. c. butter 1 scant tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 level tsp. baking soda dissolved in little hot water 1 c. milk 4 c. + flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. vanilla (we sometimes use almond) Mix thoroughly. Chill dough. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Don't be afraid to use a lot of flour when rolling these cookies out. They are soft thick cookie. |
