CROFANI TIROLESI - TIROLIAN
FRIED COOKIE
 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. cream or canned milk

Mix into soft noodle dough. Roll thin as a dime. Cut diamond shapes 2 1/2 inches wide. Cut slit in center of each diamond. Pull 1 corner through slit. Deep fry. Drain and dust with powdered sugar.
