CHRISTMAS NUT ROLL 
5 stack packs Ritz crackers
1 (16 oz.) pkg. whole pitted dates
1 (7 oz.) flake coconut
1 (12 oz.) white seedless raisins
1 (9 oz.) dark seedless raisins
2 c. Brazil nuts, chopped
2 c. English walnuts, chopped
6 c. chopped pecans
1 (16 oz.) red candied cherries
1 (12 oz.) green candied cherries
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
3 c. graham cracker crumbs

Make crumbs of Ritz crackers. Place in large bowl. Cut up dates into crumbs. Add all other ingredients, except butter and milks. Set aside.

Melt butter in saucepan, let cook to lukewarm. Set aside. Add condensed milk to crumb mixture. (At this point, I use my hands.) Add melted butter and evaporated milk, add extra, if needed.

Shape by hand into rolls the size of a stack pack of Ritz crackers. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Wrap in wax paper. Store in refrigerator up to 2 months and serve as needed. Each roll serves 16-18 people. Yield: 6-7 rolls. Original recipe good!
