FROZEN PUDDING-WICHES 
1 c. cold milk
1 (4-serving size) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
1 3/4 c. (4 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
24 graham crackers or chocolate wafers

Pour milk into small mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping.

Spread filling about 1/2-inch thick on one cracker. Press another cracker on top lightly and smooth filling at edge with spatula. Repeat making sandwiches. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Wrap for freezer to store for up to 2 weeks. Makes 12 sandwiches.
