SUBSTITUTE FOR BAILEY'S IRISH
CREAM
 
1 3/4 c. (choice of Irish whiskey, blended whiskey, bourbon, brandy, rum,
scotch or rye)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
1 c. whipping cream or half and half
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Put in blender. Will keep in refrigerator 1 month.
