BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM 
4 oz. Swiss chocolate
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 can Eagle Brand
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6oz. whipping cream (do not whip)
1 tsp. instant coffee
Approximately 13 oz. whiskey

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add Eagle Brand and whisk together until smooth. Add coffee, Pet milk, cream, and vanilla. Slowly blend in whiskey. DO NOT USE ELECTRIC MIXER OR EGG BEATER. Keep in refrigerator. Will keep for 2-3 months.
