HOMEMADE BAILEY'S IRISH CREME 
1 3/4 c. Irish whiskey
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
1 c. light or whipping cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Store tightly in refrigerator up to one month. Shake well before using. Keep in refrigerator.

Great, however not a fan of using raw eggs. Instead switch the eggs for 'egg in a carton'. No worry then about using raw eggs.
