HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR 
1 3/4 c. your favorite liqueur (whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon, scotch, rye or vodka)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. whipping cream or light cream
4 eggs
4 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tbsp. almond extract

In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before serving.
