EGG CASSEROLE 
1 doz. eggs (scramble)
3/4 c. half and half
1 lb. bacon (crisp)

SAUCE:

8 oz. can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2/3 lb. pimento cheese
1/3 lb. cheddar cheese (sharp)

Layer in casserole sauce, eggs, bacon and sauce. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
