MOCK CRAB SCRAMBLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
12 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
8 oz. fake crab meat (or you can use the real stuff, my budget doesn't allow for it)
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Paprika

Pour butter into square baking dish (8x8x2), tilt dish to coat bottom. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dill weed. Stir in crab meat and cheese. Pour into dish. Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika. Heat uncovered until center is set, 40-45 minutes. Serves 8-10. Elegant, inexpensive and easy for brunches. Can be made 24 hours ahead.
